
How can I loose as much weight as possible for summer?
OK, i am 16 and weigh 112 but all of my friends are much, much skinnier. I always go to the beach and pools during summer and wear my bikinis but since i go with my friends then i just look fat standing next to them!!! So does anyone have any good ideas to help me loose some weight before summer???? PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!
go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!
