Loose Weight Instantly
No Calorie/Low Calorie Foods?

I heard on the John Tesh Radio show last night that if you completely avoid calories in your food, then you instantly start loosing weight and see a difference in your mood. Is that true?

Even if its not, what are some no calorie/low calorie foods?

Okay, so basically, you NEED calories. Calories are units of heat energy. This is the amount of energy that is absorbed by the body when you eat food. For example you eat a cupcake with 500 calories, your body will absorb those 500 calories, and to lose weight, you’d have to “burn” the 500 calories off. That’s why generally you eat low calorie foods when you’re trying to lose weight.
i.e.: Salads (w/ low fat dressing), Fruit, Whole Wheat bread, and Lean meats. Since those foods have lower calorie counts, they take less energy to burn off.
