
How can I lose arm fat fast?
I run for 30 minutes every day (and of course, try to relax a bit) and I as a Healthy Diet, but I feel that my arms are not getting smaller all. I know you can not lose weight in a particular area. I just want to have some shaped tone of my arm. I have a 20 pounds and two 4-pound dumbbells. I feel really like the bow of triceps, though. What kind of exercises can I do, and how to do a day, week, etc?
You can view your arms out. Actually, there is no way to Reduce Fat in one area than another. Just to keep plugging along and get there.
