
Five weeks I have to lose much weight.?
I'm traveling and I usually enjoy my self if I'm fat. I weigh 200 pounds and I really want to lose at least one pound per day.without win again in the first two days of my trip. any advice, practice, eat whatever plans. this is my first trip in five years, I have 24, 200 pounds, I have a stationary bike, exercise ball, training, and dvds, I've been working an hour a day at least sometimes more and eat less than 1300 Cal a day and only lost 14 pounds so now I need a way to lose weight faster, and do not tell me about colon clean and offers a free service of the network, only things I can do at home and shop in my local drug store ……………. and tank you
Run five miles a day. Eat vegetables, fruits. Jump Rope for atleast 1 hour a day. Do this every day. Metablism going to take a quick. But be sure to eat plenty of fruits, forever can be full and not gain any presentation.
