
How can I Lose Belly Fat, and fast?
hey i’m 15 years old and I’m very skinny i just have belly and chest fat. So i was wondering a fast and affective way to lose the belly and chest fat.

Cardio. Walk for 3 minutes then run for 3 minutes then walk for 3 minutes then run for 3 minutes and so on. Do this for a half hour to 45 minutes everyday. You will see results within a few days. Lay off the fast food and eat more protein than carbs. Eat tons of veggies and one fruit a day. You need to eat 4-6 small meals a day. So your body doesn’t store fat. You need to constantly feed it for fuel to keep your body burning like a well oiled machine. Lifting weights at a fast pace will help also.
