What is the best way to lose fat and gain muscle at the hip?

(seriously-20 well, sweat, pumping heart, getting red, breathing hard as minutes are going to make him scream-out-loud-that-is-going-to-get-expelled-from-your-apartment-sex) 4 – as soon as you get "bored " switch your routine up-going in the opposite direction. find a new routine. go somewhere new. try a new / different time. add a weekday. 5 – just do not give up. you are at the point of that is making this change for you. and only you. you're the only one who is thought at this time. and which is not bad. good pair. (just wait a week or two until the best fit Jean …. and three or four when you have to go get new Jean-hey !!!!) SHAKE IT GIRL !!!!!!!
