
How to get fat eating a fat free Stomach Fat levels affect the brain?
I am 36-years old and have always had a couple of pounds that covers my abs. Well, I'm serious about how some of washboard abs and I know the first step is to remove the extra Fat Stomach area. But I want to go by the loss of the right way. I decided to cut out the fat from my diet as possible. But I do not want to hurt my brain in the process. I know that David Blaine fasted for 44 days and it wasn't even overweight when he started fasting, so I'm assuming a fat-Free Diet for a month or so I used to do too much damage to my brain. Im also guessing that the body takes fat from the stomach before you start stealing from the brain. I'm going to eat much beans, since they have 0g of fat. Someone who knows this please help me. I lose more weight by simply reducing the fat all together or would be better simply to reduce way back to the fat in The Diet?
You do not need to cut in just fat. Of fat in the foods you eat does not go directly To Fat cells in your body. It's the calories. Reduce your intake of calories, everywhere, and lose weight. Fats are good, are necessary. Cut the unnecessary garbage such as food fried things too simple sugar, and switch to whole grain breads and pastas.
