Does anyone know of a good Diet And Exercise plan to do to lose weight?

I'm 5'1 and 175 pounds. I was doing a low – carbohydrates and lowered to 163 pounds. But as soon as I got out slowly, but surely I have won again. I want to find some kind of eating plan that I help out with the Weight Loss and keeping it off. I want to include exercise, but not something that I have to go to a gym. Does anyone know of any good food and exercise plans.

find calorie / fitness calculator on the net, enter all the statistics and tell you how many calories need a day to maintain, remove 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose. eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours) 5-8 servings fruit and vegetables a day 8 glasses of water have complex carbs for breakfast – they give you energy have lean meat (protein) for dinner – repairs exercise muscle cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training dont consume foods that are made from white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), food-laden sugar (cookies, ice cream, candy, etc.) and nothing fried, oily. of course you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
