What is a good diet and exercise plan to follow to lose weight too quickly? I'm trying to shed some weight before Christmas. Furthermore, how can I lose then?
omg look at all these people who trying to sell something silly-hate! lol. I would say that eating about 1400 calories a day consisting of lean meats, fruits vegetables and grains fish. to exercise, running and swimming are exercises wnderful and good fun too. I would say do a training hours 4 times a week. Remember to drink pleanty of water and sleep too. Did you know that people who do not get 8 hours of sleep are 70% more likely to be obese then people who do. I find it outrageous. : O I I would say do this diet, you could lose about 2 pounds per week which is healthy. smoosh good luck;) xx
