i would like to know a fast way to start losing weight that is not bad for my health
well, not bad for ur health and fast?…
dont cut calories and exercise A LOT. This might scare you but eat like 2000+ calories a day and burn over 2000, eat a lot, exercise a lot and you will be fine.
Literally do 15+ miles a day of cardio, its not unhealthy as long as u stay in the Fat Burning zone (not sugar burning, so u wont need too many calories).
You can burn pounds in weeks doing this.
