any serious advice how To Lose Weight Fast, like twenty or thirty pounds in a month,?
please do not tell me what is healthy, i know one is supposed to lose weight gradually, how to lose at least twenty pounds in a month, and remain reasonably safe in doing it , any really good over the counter Weight Loss products that are really good?? and does that belt that you put around your waiste that heated belt,supposed to reduce weight, does that really work, anyone know what i am talking about here,have any first hand experience with such a device, okay, thank you for advice, much appreciated
