Quickest way to lose weight?

Hi, I have been on allsorts of Diets and I lost aload of weight about 4 yrs ago, and over the last 4 yrs I have put it all back on slowly but surely.

To be honest am fed up with being fat and I want to do something about it now before I become a diabetic, my mum has bought me allsorts on Weight Loss tablets I have got a new lot to try Green Tea tablets which you have to take with a bottle of water twice a day.

I go for walks once a day everyday for one hour, my legs are aching when I come back but I put that down to me being unfit and never excerise at all until the last month or so, I also drink plenty of water and diet coke to reduce the calories I have in a day, I try not to eat fast foods but when am out am absoutely starving from my walk, I have also started eating strawberries and yogurts and apples, do you think this will help if I continue in doing all of this? Pls help me am desperate to lose 4 stone

No it will not help you. Three steps to lose weight. 1). stop starving /Dieting. This leads to binge eating in reality. and Weight Loss Pills etc. are rubbish. there is NO real scientific evidence for their efficacy. 2). Plan your food carefuly. Eat lots of greens, some fish and some good proteins (like meat)- but less carbs (breads etc.) Don’t take a huge meal ever. Rather take calculated amounts of smaller meals. Diet coke! whats that. would you die if you did not drink that? Can you not drink water? if you are bent that way, keep a small diary record of number of meals & sizes & what they were – for each meal, for each day. 3). do not kill yourself walking/excercising! you are putting too much strain on your lower body. rather, walk to work, do up them dishes, clean up your house, when you are at a building – try taking the stairs etc. this will burn the calories and also will increase muscle weight (cause to lose weight). keep doing this and each week, read that list (above No.2)and EACH fortnight, reduce the amount you eat by 5%.

See how this brings your weight down within 3 months. just like you reduce food, increase the amount of walking/housework etc. by 5 – 10% each fortnight.

No magic formula or overnight solutions for losing 4stone! above is the only practical and long lasting way to lose weight and stay that way. Hope this helps.
