
what do you think about taking Diet Pills,to lose weight, fast ,insted of work out ?
knowing the you can have side effects , after taking them , heah .you will lose weight fast , but so many people die because of them , WOULD YOU TAKE THE RISK ,???
Hi,,,, it is only a temporary fix of a problem,,,, and it will cause you more problems in the long run,,, high BP.. ect ect….
Just a simple workout 3 times a week,,, is good enough and cut back on the bad stuff……i promise you…..
