
How the glycemic index really work for Weight Loss?
I heard a lot about the South Beach Diet and other Diets that are on GI. GI I wondered how someone who actually helps you lose weight. I know that low GI foods tend to be more filling and all that, but what about maintain levels of blood sugar? How to keep blood sugar under control relatively to lose weight?
The reason that this favors Fat Loss is because your body needs more sugar or glucose (which is what converts the sugar in the body). When you feed such as sugar little as possible of your body has to convert fat into glucose. It's just good old fashioned eating right to keep simple carbs to a minimum. These are sugar, bread, potatoes, pasta, etc.. Remember to get your dose of complex carbohydrates, though, mainly vegetables. Protein is the final food. The proteins are low in calories (not that I'm telling you count calories, I hate that), they fill you longer and Burn More calories when your body becomes energy. Good luck.
