
Does anyone know a good Diet Plan that helps you Lose Weight Fast?
Anything that makes you lose more than 4 pounds per max week unhealthy and probably not something that can maintain over time, so the chances of putting the weight back are HIGH. Shoot for 2 to 3 pounds / week by eating healthy and balanced (diet without skipping meals, not to fall below 1200/day CAL) and exercise 5 days a week leasst 1 hour a day. Upon reaching his goal, maintaining healthy eating and exercise, but modified to maintain weight and not keep losing. Good luck!
