How soon can a person lose 100 pounds? What are some healthy ways To Lose Weight Fast?

No crash Diets or any thing that hurt me in the long run … I just want to know what I have to do that is healthy that I also do moderate Weight Loss in addition to the Diet And Exercise??? (ie, health foods, colon cleansing products, etc.) Thanks guys!

the sad thing is that u will take 10-12 months. thats about 8-10 lbs / month suggest u eat 1,400-1,600 calories. – Not eat much refined carbohydrates (processed white bread) – eat lots of fruits and vegis – UR plate at lunch and dinner must be 30% meat 55% of fruit or vegis 15% of carbohydrates – a day off every Saturday (but not something to acids) (think potato chips as a way should not do much) play a key role in weight loss – not 30 to 60 minutes of cardio 4-6 days a week (cardio is thought, such as walking) the dance – 2x a week weight training areas 4problem good luck:)
