
What is the Best Diet / exercise regimen to lose weight quickly?
Im a 18 year old male. I am 5 foot 11 and weigh about 215. I would love to lose about 25 to 30 pounds and would like to get fit as quickly as possible. I have access to a gym and I change my meals around and everything. Just trying to get as much as possible before Thanksgiving from June to July

Even if you can not go to the gym you can work away from home using things around the house. Invest in a good weight training book. The series of mannequins is actually a good idea. In terms of diet, cutting or reducing things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish. Especially if you choose a lifestyle Vegetarian include natural peanut butter, hummus, dried fruit and nuts. Pay close attention to get the nutrients your body needs to be healthy. Make your size smaller portions. Use a smaller plate – in our society we are accustomed to think that we need a big plate of food at each meal, and we no. Things you lose weight much more effective if mixed from time to time so that your body does not fit anyone's routine. One area that many people overlook is getting enough sleep. It is much more likely to overeat or binge eating, if you're tired and not well rested, so I get enough sleep.
