What is a faster way to lose weight…do sprints, or run a few miles?

I mean like…running short distance, or running for a long time, what will help me lose weight faster, and help me lose more?

uhmm what I do is and I read it in a health magazine is that you sprint for 1 min then walk for 1-2 then sprint for 1 min again then walk for 1-2 minutes and then repeat the process about 6-8 times and gradually increase the amount you do it… but running long distances won’t hurt but I personally find sprinting and walking a lot more fun. xD
