Lose Weight Vegan Diet
How much you can lose weight being a vegetarian or vegan?

I'm about 5'7 "and 170 pounds. I can not seem to lose weight plans diet. I even tried the low carbohydrate Diets and eat lots of meat that was too serious for me. Has anyone tried to go vegetarian or vegan to lose weight? Do you want additional recommendations for this diet method?

I have many friends who have lost 20 pounds or more just for being vegetarian. If developed, will lose even more. I went vegetarian a little over a year ago and lost 8 pounds "accidentally". I've kept it all the time (5'6 "and 130 pounds now). I think the reason is because it passed by eliminating meat, I was cutting the material that comes with it – French Fries, soda, etc. Most importantly, have more energy, need less sleep and generally feel much better. The best part is my monthly cramps have disappeared (not There are extra hormones in my beef processing system!) The important things to remember are: Being vegetarian does not mean you can eat bread and cheese all day. It is necessary limit high-carb items and things like eating natural peanut butter, hummus, black bean, vegetarian chili, etc. Organic Amy is an impressive line of soups, burritos, frozen dinners, etc., that are reasonably priced and find in the grocery store almost all. Consider the possibility of keeping seafood in their diet. The salmon and tuna are good sources of protein and amino acids and are really easy to prepare. Quit drinking soda – Even The Diet stuff. It is full of chemicals and garbage that makes you crave more, and many brands of things that have tons of diet sodium, which causes hunger. If you need caffeine (like me), drink coffee or tea. You should give it a try, as I did. Just tell yourself "during one week "cut the meat, and see how it goes. You might be surprised at how easy a transition it is. Good luck PS – Exercise too! Even walking 30 minutes a day will make a world of difference.
