
Diets / Weight Loss Tips That Really Works?
I'm looking to lose some weight for summer, I have only a small amount round the stomach, is there any diet that does not include pills, etc. that really help or advice, or exercise, thanks (:
Sarah J Why not have a talk with your doctor about weight problems you have. His advice is generally good. They usually have brochures for diets. Sounds like reducing carbohydrates, especially after 7pm can help. There is also the routine of fiber and water, ie, get plenty of that. I use a well that is dissolved in water and can not even taste. So adjust your eating habits to less carbohydrate. Try to eat slowly, enjoying less salt and sugar. Perhaps even cut the tea and coffee. Also go out and walk over or play basketball or swim, cycle – all the "living" things in life are not meant diets
