How is metamucil in comparison to other laxatives? Does it bring any Weight Loss?
I’m trying to give my fitness and nutrition plan a little boost by trying a cleansing method…does metamucil (the powdered stuff) bring any significant weight loss?
Metamucil is very much a fiber product for digestive concerns, the way laxatives are for stripping/purging, which in my view does not Burn Fat or exhilarate weight loss. But if your really eager to get working solution, information and results that are healthy and safe try this and see whether the info is useful.
