Acai Berry and Hoodia Weight Loss pills?
I’ve been looking on line for these products and the cost of them is outragious! So, I went to GNC and of course they carry several product of this nature but they are much less. Has anyone ever bought these items from GNC? If you have, do they work?

They are just scams, and they’re not good for you.
If you want to lose weight, exercise 4-5 times a week (hard cardio), do strength training with 3lb dumbbells so that you’ll develop lean muscle and eat a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. Add bio-live yogurt to your diet, stick with homemade porridge and whole grains, reduce fatty red meat, eat a tbsp of nuts/seeds a day, try hummus or peanut butter as a spread.
It isn’t simple and quick like pills, but it gets results you can actually stick with and maintain. Obviously you can’t take a pill your entire life, and you’ll mess up your body & your metabolism if you do anyway!
Be smart with your body, is what I’m saying. You only get one, so nurture it.
