What Weight Loss plan should I follow if I want to lose 21 pounds in 2 months?
I’m 13 y/o, 171 pounds and 5′7.I have already lost 26 pounds. I want to lose another 21 but problem is, school starts sept 2 and know I don’t have as much time that I did this summer. I need a plan I can follow that will give me results in two months.
Why is that not a reasonable goal, that’s 2 and a half pounds every week?
Everyone has the potential To Lose Weight Fast. Unfortunately Fast Weight loss is bad weight loss. There is a huge difference between ‘Fat Loss‘ and ‘weight’ loss.
