Why some foods or the Weight Loss Plans that advise to cut caffiene from your diet? I give realize that many caffiene rich drinks can be heavy in calories and sugar, in particular, but caffiene is itself a major problem? Or is it These plans simply tell you to avoid, because it's really not a healthy thing to eat?
BECAUSE THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE HELL there talking about … Caffeine is a diuretic, helps water and Loose Weight. Caffeine IT'S NOT, IT'S ALL THE OTHER CRAP people put in it that's fattening.
