Invert the pyramid pyramids or normal weight training?

Sorry guys I know I should be doing this in the fitness section and diet, but every time I ask all you get is a bunch of fat-loss ads. Please, if you do not know much about weight training building muscle or just ignore this question. So I was wondering what a more affective way to build muscle weight is less than (Maximum) weight, maximum weight or from losing weight and to exhaustion?

I start to their low weight and up to my maximum. in increments of three and then back down to initial weight. Basically it is an exercise inverted pyramid, regular pyramid as a whole. Do that with 8 repetitions. in each weight and was begging for mercy. There are about 5 games. You should try to do 10-12 sets total number of exercises for any muscle you are working.
