You can eat the same w / o being on Medifast. Go online and get a list of "low glycemic index" foods. Also go to websites for many diabetic recipes and tips. This is a healthy way to lose WGT, and maintain. By doing this you take control of their behavior, and become habits. You will slip! Do not punish. Just get back on track. You will see that by doing this will reduce food cravings, and you have to eat more often. Many luck to you.
