Physical fitness is composed of several intertwining and interrelated components. Fiber does wonders

“Fiber acts like a broom, slowly rubbing against the lining of the intestines. Toxins and other waste are carried along, and finally exits the body during bowel movement.”
Without fiber, the body stores immense loads of toxins. Dr. William Grey, a family medicine specialist sheds light on the matter:
“The body was designed to evenly function with certain compounds and certain substances. Fiber works especially well in the waste disposal system of the body.”
Vitamins- not too much please
Some people say that you should take a “mega dose” of ascorbic acid when you have colds. This is actually quite useless, as the body can absorb only a specific amount of a particular vitamin. The rest unfortunately is excreted.
The best thing to do is to simply eat fruits and vegetables on a daily basis. No need to invest in expensive food supplements. Natural and wholesome food has natural vitamin and mineral banks that you can tap into.
Folate is good for everybody
If you’re expecting to have a baby, it’s never too late to invest in folate. It has been proven by medical science that high amounts of folate prevents pre-birth malformations and defects from happening. Also, the IQ of the unborn child is increased a few points.
Garlic and the heart
Though garlic is not peddled as a cardiovascular drug, it’s still quite healthy for the body. If you’re engaged in rigorous exercises at the moment, try taking raw garlic. A few pieces a day should do it.
If you dislike the smell and the taste of raw garlic, you can purchase garlic capsules. Just make sure to check the label- to make sure that the capsules contain enough garlic per capsule. Deodorized garlic capsules eliminate some but not all of the smell and taste of the garlic.
Also, allicin, a component of garlic that has been linked to gastric thinning, is removed from garlic supplements. Nonetheless, allicin is the least of your problems. Garlic is a considered a super plant by millions of people around the world.
Water
The humble water is experiencing a revival today. Clean, simple water should do it. No matter how expensive a bottle of fancy water may be, it’s still H20 no matter how you twist it. There’s no need to invest in $10-a-bottle H20.
If you don’t like plain water much, you can still reap the benefits by mixing a bit of freshly squeezed juice in it, to taste. Avoid commercial powdered soft drink mixes and juice mixes as these use a form of synthetic sugar that has been linked to the occurrence of cancer.
