Okay I know these questions come up a lot, but I’m actually a pretty active person. But I gain weight very easily under stress and I have gained 10 pounds in the last month from just a lot of stress and overload of work = less sleep which means weight gain! I just want to shed off these pounds because I have to model my friend’s clothes in 2 weeks and she took down measurements prior to my gain of 10 pounds based on how she’s making these clothes!!
I just need to lose the weight I gained during the stress and tone up a bit, suggestions?
And I know, running, fiber, water sleep… anything else?
Hi. In stress brain asks for sugar, a natural anti-depressant. What you need to do is create for yourself “the thing you do” when you are stressed. This can be anything from playing with a stress ball to getting a punching bag and giving it all you got. Whatever it is, do not turn to food @ stress.
If you do not regularly sleep well your apetite goes up by 30%. I don’t think i need to add more on this.
Exercise is not really obligatory for Weight Loss. 90% of the result comes from correct nutrition. If you do go jogging, that’s great, lots of benefit from exercise in general. Just try to create a routine so your body knows “on this day on this hour we go running”. This will then turn into a habit in 40 days, which will make it easier for you to maintain.
