
Help w/a Weight Loss question, no i don’t think i’m fat.?
I’m a 17 yr old girl and used to run and swim a lot. I haven’t for about a year, and i just want to know if there is any natural way i can slim down my legs? Like my calf area? I don’t think their fat, but since i stopped exercising they have gotten weird. Thanks for the help. (Please no BS answers)
abdomen workouts are quite natural.
