
How much exercise should i do for rapid Weight Loss?
if i eat the average 2000 Calorie Diet and get all my nutrients and don’t eat junk food, how much should i exercise everyday? Also, what kind of exercise should i do?
I’m looking to lose about 5 pounds every 1-2 weeks.
i don’t want a lecture about how Losing Weight Fast is bad. i want an exercise plan.
You can’t drastically lose weight, that is dangerous! Losing weight takes time.
For A Healthy Weight Loss, you should lose 2-3lbs a week until you have about reached your weight goal!
