Acne a month after going off birth control? Are the too related&Can I do anything to “fix” it faster?
So I was on birth control for about 2 years- I decided to go off of it-before I was on birth control I had pretty good skin-never perfect but I had no complaints- It didnt change when I went on birth control but now a month after I went off BC, my forehead is super oily and Im getting these little zits- no huge but like little ones…mainly on my forehead but it’s annoying and im an actress/model soooo walking into an audition with acne…is not good. Anyway I can speed up the process of getting my skin back to normal-aka drinking more water? Acai Berry detox? lol like whatever just let me know.
The two are definitely linked. However, I think that once your body finds its natural rhythm again your skin should clear up. Have you googled “side effects of stopping the pill’ yet. You’ll find some very interesting information regarding mood swings, bloatedness and skin issues.
