How do you keep up your will power when on a diet? Please help.?
Over the years I have tried many Diets and exercise regimens but I always lose interest fast. So what are your secrets to inspiring yourself to keep going?
I really do need help. I’m 5′8″ and 215lbs and i need to lose at least 50 according to my doctor.
