
Will cutting carbs from my diet to speed my Weight Loss?
I heard that if you cut carbohydrates from your diet and eating much protein to make up for that then you lose more weight. Is this true, and I will help speed weight loss, as I already eat healthier and plenty of exercise? Thanks guys:)
