
How can loss of fat from the thighs and stomach quickly and easely?
I am innocent a man as I am very active, well I defind shoulders, but I have left some fat on my torso, shoulders and thighs of cow n look great, normaly i dont have breakfast and lunch for the rest of the day until dinner, and I play rugby and I can squat 140kgs and 110kgs bench press, I need to lose my belly and thighs before December.
