Is it safe for rapid Weight Loss? I’m 14….?

Ok, I have tried to lose weight for about two weeks now….and I’ve been losing a lot of weight…. lately I have had no fats or anything, around 1000 calories a day, with an hr exercise. My body before I started had almost no exercise except for P.E. and I was eating a lot of chocolate/fatty foods. I’ve already lost 10 pounds, and bumped down a size or two. I do dance dance revolution for an hour and then at least 30 minutes toning (with sparkpeople.com) . First off, is this healthy? Second, if I ever decide to eat something bad will I gain it all back???

I want to have a diet that makes it so I’m not starving myself, however having it low enough to lose weight…without getting it all back. I am a size 5 now in jeans (used to be a 9) and I’ve gone from medium shirts to small.

What you’re doing so far seems pretty healthy, but do NOT cut out fats and proteins. Without these, your body will shut down, plus, your weight loss will stop. As they said on the Biggest Loser, you need probably 2000 calories per day.
