
Rapid Weight Loss but no visual indications?
Basically I usually weigh myself every two weeks at the gym, maybe three weeks.
I’ve been working out steady now since christmas, losing fat and building muscle. Keeping at 96kg solid without fluctuation…..
Well i go and weigh myself yesterday and the scale says i’ve gone down to 93kg!
Can this be right? It can be nomore than 3 weeks since i last checked…….
I tested it on another weighing scale too, and it seems that is showing just over 90kg too.(its less accurate)
Its very strange as I haven’t done anything crazy…..maybe my diet has improved a bit, but it was good to start with!
Can this be healthy/normal? As I dont notice any physical difference! I hope its not muscle I’ve lost!

you diet is improving so is your muscle mass. Muscle will burn calories all day. youmight have found what works for your body as everybodys body is differtent.Congratulations.
It also may have something to do with your water in take, if you take in the correct amount for you this will cause your body to pass out any retained water causing a good weight drop. Don’t question it be proud and enjoy it. It want be muscle,you just cannot drop that much unless your protein intake is inadequate. you should be on about 180grams of protein thats30grams over 6 meals per day
