
What are the dangers of rapid Weight Loss?
After reading a lot of information, both online and in brochures of the American Heart Association and elsewhere, I have heard that most agree should not lose more than 2 pounds per week. I wonder what are the potential risks are losing faster than that?
One, usually to gain weight. Two, you end up starving your body which means that each farm will begin in calories. Three, they end up becoming dehydrated and malnourished. Four, your body will end closing organ by organ, and you could die.
