Rapid Weight Loss Dangerous

Rapid Weight Loss Dangerous
Is it unhealthy to've lost 35 pounds in 11 days?

I'm a little freaked out. Granted, I'm a big guy and I was on 375 and am at 340 now, but the rapid Weight Loss is freaking me out. All I'm doing is eating well, lots of salads, shaved ham and turkey, a hot dog or a gel once a day as a gift. . . but I lost 35 pounds in 11 days! Is this dangerous? Or is my body doing what is comfortable? Thank you!

Probably made a lifestyle change big. They say that when diet, you may see the greatest weight loss in the first two weeks due to a change in your body. I am not heavy, but was looking to lose weight, and in the first two weeks after a diet, I lost about 10 pounds. Your body will plateau and begin a routine weight loss that is consistent if you are consistent. After the first two weeks, I lost an average of two pounds per week.
