Weight Loss Advice..

i am going back to school in 1 week from tomorrow. i need some Rapid Weight loss advice.
i’ve dont nothing all summer except eat. (my fault, yes, i know). and all of a sudden i want to lose weight before i go back to school. and even more after that. i just have alot of problems losing weight and nothing seems to work. i’ve tried Dieting, exercising and everything else. i even used to be anorexic. i want to lose 20-30 pounds. (not in only a week, but you know what i mean.)
please help!!!!!!

im pretty much desperate.

Start by eating a can of sauerkraut to cleanse your system. (expect some trips to the bathroom). Walk in the morning to raise your metabolism for the day. Have 4 small meals. Avoid ANYTHING made with flour. You already know the junk foods to avoid. High fiber foods are king. Snack by dipping baby carrots & celery sticks in fat-free ranch dressing. Cut out meat. Have tuna in water. Make lots of steamed vegetables with Smart Balace & Mrs Dash spices. Experiment making stir fry vegetables over wild rice. No eating after 6:30pm.

For your sweet tooth, make Kool-Aid and lemonade with Splenda. Sprinkle Splenda on plain oatmeal or healthy cereal with skim milk. Fresh pineapple has the same dieting effect as grapefruit. Keep Lite Cool Whip handy – Very few calories.

You can do 20 pounds in about 4-5 weeks if you add some light weightlifting exercises. Preferably at 7pm. (Email me about your ‘other’ question for answer).
