It is the rapid Weight Loss is always bad for you no matter what?
I need to lose weight and I'm very impatient. I had a baby a few months ago and have yet to take out as many pounds as Id like. I wonder if I could lose twenty kilos in a month's time. Is that bad. If so, what does it hurt? Thank you.
It is bad and also very unrealistic unless you starve to death for a month and eat and drink anything. objective of the loss of about 5 pounds a month, and you are a hell of a lot more likely to lose forever. Due to Rapid Weight loss, people tend to only addition, at some point and usually start eating right (if he has been eating very little) or overeating to compensate for every day of hunger so that they themselves .. not only put the weight back, feel like a total failure … sh * t. So do not go there …
