3 Weeks to drop fat and tone up. Help?!?

I have 3 weeks until my husband’s high school reunion. I am thin but have some flab (fat) around the middle and I really need to tone up my muscles. What is the best way to drop fat and tone up in such a short amount of time?

By the way- I just found out today. I didn’t wait until the last minute to try to go on a Rapid Weight Loss Plan.

When you exercise, you have to do it for at least 30min straight. if you want to get toned, i suggest you take a walk or break a sweat (like jogging) for at least 30 minutes everyday. you should eat right too.
You should get results in about a couple of days if it’s consistent.
