I have been reading about Dr. Phil’s Rapid Start Plan for Weight Loss.What is the adverage loss?
I have about 30 pounds I have to loose to feel and look better. I feel my health is suffering from the extra weight.
I learned of Dr. Phil’s plan but have not yet read his book. I am interested in finding out the results and what works best on this plan from persons who have been on the program. Thanks for your help.
