Do you think this Weight Loss is reasonable / realistic?

I am currently 128.6 lbs (when I weighed myself this morning) and I would be 120 by March 15 (Im going on vacation). do you think this is possible? I'm watching what I eat (see my fat and calories) and go to the gym three times a week. I have 21 years old and 5'3''. thanks in advance:)
