
How to Reduce Belly Fat without reducing the waist size?
Is there an exercise to reduce the size of my belly, but not the waist size? I've been doing running and cycling but I heard that also reduce the size of my waist. I like to keep my size the waist of it, but definitely get rid of belly fat. And i dont drink beer, so the size of my belly not him, but it's pretty much fat, and I know he is fat i need to get rid of.
