
How long does it take to see Weight Loss results?
Im 5′9 160 and 18 years old and male, I wanna loose 15 – 20 pounds in 2 months, I eat very good, olnly drink water eat chicken a lot of vegies and fruit. I’ve been running 2 miles for the past 4 days and I just started running 5 miles per day today, I plan on continuing this diet and workout. I just want to know how long it takes to see result
I think you’re probably going to lose about 2 pounds a week on this program, but really, I can’t imagine you have very much weight to lose…at your height and age, 10 pounds seems like a more reasonable goal. But anyway, good luck!
