
How much effect will running 6 days a week have on my Weight Loss?
If i run for an hour monday – saturday and watch my diet… salads chicken.. some diet soda cause i dont think i can give that up… lots of veggies and fruit…. about how much weight could i lose in a safe healthy way?? im 20 years old about 5′2 and i weigh 260-270 lbs… Im looking to lose atleast 100 pounds .. thats my first goal for now… untill i reach that i wont worry about getting to 110-120
dear.. after the first week (the hardest).. your weight should just melt off. It goes alot faster than more people anticipate, too.. because exercising speeds up your metabolism.. which makes the whole process just so much fun lol.. really, though.. thats good for you.. you should do very well =) and you should probably safely loose that 100lbs in less than a year if you stick with it. Probably about 20 lbs the first month.. and continuing about 10-20lbs a month from there on.
