people in Australia on a Diet Shake?
if ur one of those shake Diets pharmacy, how much and how long it took before U can see the results?
I was on the Tony Ferguson Weight Loss Program and within 5 weeks I lost 10 kgs. I basically lost 2 kilos per week. I stopped because I went on a cruise and have not restarted yet – but made no further back. I want another loss of 10 kg – and I'm sure when I will get to restart my ideal weight. I did no exercise – just stuck to The Diet that is a shake for breakfast, fruit for morning tea, salad for lunch, stir for tea afternoon with fruit if desired, then the meat and vegies for dinner. It's a Low Carb Diet so no bread, rice, potatoes, etc. You can eat as much as Jelly vegies want and sugarless candies and I do not really always hungry. It cost around $ 100 to start, but that includes the recipe book, a consultation with a consultant, the first week of luck to see the results of Fast Good
