
Weight Loss Help im 12?
im 5′3 and weigh 115 and i dont think i weigh ALOT but i want to Lose Fat on my but and theighs and tummy but i always try to do cruches andd studff but i get distracted and i cant really cant go on a diet because i live with my dad and if i tell him he will get mad so easy simple tips or workout and ways to not get distracted
try to do the crunches and excersie more and drinl lots of water…also keep away from the sweet! =)
