How do I Burn Fat and slim my legs, especially my calves?
I have a lot of fat and bulk on my legs overall. My ankles are thick, my calves are fat and bulky. Thunder thighs, too. but what really worries me is that I have a lot of fat on my knees as well. I am only 21 years old and I am worried that I will develop arthritis or something? Any ideas How To Burn Fat on my legs overall. I am not even that conerned about my thighs. Mostly my calves and my knees. Thanks so much. I would really appreciate any advice!
Hi, i suggest you do pilates 3 times a week for 20 min,to get gorgeous looking slim legs.
