how should a person Loose Weight or slim down a little in order to be the right weight for their age?
first you need to find the chart that tells what weight you should be for your size and height. then it will depend on the amount of weight that you are over, to decide how To Loose Weight. if it is a little say 5-10 pounds, then just try cutting back on fatty foods, sweets, junk foods, amount, sodas and juices, and then exercising for about 30 min a week. if it is greater than that, try doing a Calorie Diet, example, eat only so many calories daily. thats mine, i try not to eat over 1500 calories a day, and the exercise is still important, but try to up it to 45 min a week. that way with either diet, you only have to do about 10-15 min of aerobic exercise a day. just make sure that the work out you choose is something you enjoy and is easy to do. but eat more fruits and veggies, cut back or off on the junk food, add more low fat dairy, drink plenty of water, and get plenty of rest, cut back on the portions and serving sizes and keep up the exercise and it is pretty easy. wish you the best of luck. take care.
